Every year I do a liver detox and a gut rebalance and smoothies play a big role in these protocols as they can be packed with detoxifying ingredients and are also easy for the stomach to digest. I eat a whole foods healthy ketogenic diet so some of your recipes are too high in carbs for me. The cucumber and avocado one is good though. Maybe some low carb options could be another topic?
